Life Groups

What is a Life Group?
Life Groups are groups of about ten or so individuals who meet regularly in someone's home for fellowship, Bible study, prayer, and accountability.  In a Life Group you will find encouragement to grow in your relationship with Jesus Christ and support when facing life's struggles.

What happens at a Life Group meeting?
Every group is different, but they all have a few things in common.  Most groups have a time for just hanging out, talking about the week and catching up on what's going on in life.  Then the group studies a subject relevant to the members of the group.  It may be a study on the Book of James, or it might be a topic such as building better relationships from a biblical perspective.  Our groups are designed to encourage discussion and promote spiritual growth.  Each group also dedicates time to praying for one another.

  • You'll begin to understand the Bible better (there's nothing like the chance to ask questions).
  • You'll begin to feel like you're part of God's family (and not just a face in the crowd)
  • Prayer will become more meaningful for you (your friends will be praying for you and with you)
